A song of Nubia “The Northern Invaders” is a novel story inspired by the stories of my ancestry and forbears; the old kings of Ibani Kingdom, their bravery, honor, loyalty, and sacrifices. It is a work of fiction centered around early medieval times, it tells a story of an ancient civilization wrought and forged from great kings, and warriors, sophisticated in warfare and weaponry.

He boasts and brags every morning about his accomplishments in the annual tournaments, and he never takes anything seriously. At every sunrise he runs around the land, announcing that he is the best and that no one can match his speed or strength.
Many of the fowls in Lavandale grow tired of Ricky’s behavior. They complain to the Guardian Council, which decides to assign Ricky to guard the egg factory in the hopes of making him more responsible.
However after two days, Ricky grows bored and returns to his old ways. While he’s away from the egg factory making his morning proclamations for everyone to hear, two rattlesnakes take two eggs. As a result of Ricky’s lapse in judgement, the Guardian Council banishes him to the Forbidden Forest for seven days.
While in the forest, Ricky fears for his life, encounters some scary animals, and meets Cappi, a vegetarian alligator, who becomes his friend and shows him how to stay safe. While Ricky and Cappi are exploring, they see some hawks flying. The two follow the hawks to “Egarth” the City of the hawks where Ricky overhears something that could affect Lavandale and everyone he loves there.
The lost Treasures of Salazar Ortega
Valla de Cristo and Santiago de Lorenzo are two pirate brothers who find themselves in a difficult situation when their father the Pirate King Salazar Ortega “the Dreadful” dies suddenly of sea illness without revealing where he hid his massive treasure chests. This tormentous mass of problems pitted the two brothers against one another.
The Brothers and their factions went into a long-drawn-out battle as they crossed paths on the high sea in search of their father’s hidden treasures. Sailors took sides, jumped ship, acrimony became the norm, and drums of war bellowed and echoed far into the deep high seas as each battled the other.
Bonds were broken, loyalty questioned, threats of black spots, and double black spots made, the blood of sailors spilled across the seas, jolly rogers, jacks, and colors of all Armadas hoisted with non-ready to surrender nor retreat.
Eventually, Valla de Cristo and Santiago de Lorenzo realized they have more in common and the sea big enough for two Captains. They must put aside their differences and work together to survive the mysteries and dangers of the sea. An accord was reached between the brothers as they swore an oath and made a pact to sail together as co-captains without acrimony in search of the lost treasures of their father Salazar Ortega.
